I’m recently new to running and I’m trying to maintain a 10km distance on my runs. For me, running helps me to clear my mind and switch off from daily life. I definitely have the running bug!
My preferred running kit:
Trusty trainers, good full length leggings, reflective running jacket and a thick headband to keep my ears warm and my earbuds in place!
