Keeping fit and healthy is an integral part of my lifestyle. I am a regular gym goer and also love running outdoors. Currently I am running 2 days a week, mixing this up with gym work and yoga.
I have signed up for this challenge to take part in a team effort to raise aware for Mental Health this month and am very much looking forward to working with Savills team to bring in the mileage that we have agreed to accomplish on this challenge.
