I run to keep my dolphins (endorphins) up. It is key in managing my mental health. It is a mindful activity that also keeps me fit. I like the trails best, that way i get my nature and greenery fix too. Maintaining Mental health is very important , i know too many people that struggle to keep their heads above water in todays overloaded and demanding mental landscape. I have seen a great increase in awareness of and openess to discuss mental health but feel we still have a long way to go. I have struggled hugely with my mental health during my life and want to help others in their struggles in raising awareness and money for the cause.
